Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that caused the issue. Remove personal information from screenshots before sending. We don’t request passwords or payment details.
My wheel or names disappeared
App lists are stored on the current device. There is no account, cloud sync, or in-app recovery service. Deleting the app removes its local data. The app does not provide a transfer option between devices.
The finger picker isn’t choosing
Keep fingers steady for about 1.1 seconds. Lift all fingers between rounds. The number of supported touches depends on your iPhone. For a larger group, use the name list.
Where is the download link?
The iPhone app is available in internal TestFlight beta to invited testers. There is no public download or invitation link yet. You can try the browser wheel or coin flip. The browser tools are independent demos, not your saved iPhone data.
